Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute car sales strategies, taking into account budget, needs, and market trends
Track metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
Manage inventory to ensure that the dealership has the right mix of vehicles to meet customer demand
Ensure clear requirements are communicated to all stakeholders
Forecast market trends and mitigate risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that car sales are aligned with overall business goals
Key Skills
Experience in car sales, preferably in a management role
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
